From Pre-Production to Release
Presented by a game industry veteran, this 2 hour interactive session will follow the production cycle of a fictitious game from pre-production to release. Problems encountered along the way, such as lack of creative vision, feature creep, and low team morale will be discussed, along with solutions to these issues. The examples are based on real-life game development experiences. The audience will be involved with discussing their thoughts on the proposed solutions and by sharing other solutions that have worked for them in similar situations.

Intended Audience: Students, developers, and academics will find this session interesting.
