Technology eXchange: providing Effects Based Solutions
The T-Xchange provides a synthetic environment, in which wicked problems and social collective intelligence complexity are taking a journey aiming to develop better shared understanding of the problem and shared commitment to possible solutions. This journey takes the Effect Based Solution (EBS) process as methodological framework to model wicked problems, to landscape solution scenarios, to falsify ‘as is’ and ‘what-if’ models during serious gaming. The EBS is facilitating collaborative decision making and integrally takes problem owners, stakeholders, multi-, cross- and/or trans-disciplinarily expertise into account. In this talk we demonstrate the applicability of the T-Xchange and its EBS process (within which serious gaming is an outstanding, formal method) in various domains viz. security, construction, governance.
